Illustrated by concrete solutions, it will also be THE place for exchanging on the topic, with an area dedicated to open and free speech debates.
The World Water Forum (for the record)
The Water Forums are organized every 3 years since 1997. As the most important international event on water, the World Water Forum gathers more than 25,000 participants, professionals from the sector of water and sanitation.
From March 12th to 17th 2012, the city of Marseilles will welcome the 6th edition, named “Time for solutions”. The process in Marseilles is promising and should be as concrete as possible and will be the occasion for strong commitments, with the presentation of solutions to problems related with water identified during previous international meetings.
Every type of actors will attend the Forum: public and private sectors, research institutes, students, seniors, politicians, etc. As a space for debates and exchange, the Forum encourages a multidisciplinary approach by giving professionals from different horizons the opportunity to meet each other.
As the new generation of professionals, the issues of the “Time for solutions” are in your hands! Through the Forum’s activities, meet other professionals and strengthen your knowledge of water actors and issues related to water and sanitation. This Forum of solutions will also be the occasion for you to exchange your ideas, to confront your opinions, to communicate on your projects and to find partners!
By highlighting the solutions for access to water and sanitation, the Forum gives you the opportunity to make good use of your field experience and to pass your message on.
